Take a Walk on Music Monday
Due to a limited supply of rock stations on the Island, one of which plays classic rock and the other which plays a very strange mix of “rock” (much of it I would consider pop, but with some Godsmack thrown in there *scratches head*), I ended up with THIS song stuck in my head. FUUUUUUUU*K!
Take a Walk – Passion Pit
In protest of this fluffy ear worm, which the “rock” station plays at least twice an hour, I present a more presentable Walk.
And just to make sure it sticks in my head and ousts that other song, a remake.
I feel better about taking a Walk now.
Have a great week! The next Sole Regret book, Touch Me, is almost finished. SQUEE! So I’m trying to stay off the internet as much as possible.

L O V E both versions of Walk! I definitely feel your pain. The only rock that is played in my town is “classic”. Thank God for Pandora! I listen to your station and A7X’s station faithfully!
You listen to my station? How cool! I’m a DJ.
Sure do!! Olivia Cunning’s Faves is on right now! Now playing: Linkin Park: With You. Gotta admit that I wasn’t much if a rocker until you introduced me to Avenged in a Hottie Hump Day post. (More specifically, M. Shadows naked butt in Seize The Day) Just another way you’ve changed my life.
WALK!! Love that song!
Can’t wait for Touch Me!
I love Walk. Avenged did a great job of redoing it. I LOVE Pantera! I live in LA, CA and the “rock” station out here sucks, they don’t even play rock. We have a classic rock station(eh, if you are in the mood for Van Halen or Guns n Roses) and an alternative rock station. I ended up purchasing Sirius so that I can listen to some real rock! Yay! => I love your books!
I can’t get any radio stations here at work or at home. If it was not for my CD collection or Pandora/spotify I would be bereft of music….. not that I want to listen to the stations here, all stupid pop statins, playing One Direction incessantly **shudders** .
I love Passion Pit! There songs are always so catchy and get stuck in my head. They have such a unique sound!
One of the things I love to do at work is youtube a song that I feel like listening to and seeing what else turns up in the list. Then its totally “squirrel” time (following whatever catches my eye or ear as it were). You have given me many great squirrel music hours. (for further explaination of “Squirrel” please watch Disney’s “Up” and refer to the dogs)
